Ramsey has not had much luck with Christ Our Rock Lutheran recently, as the team's come up short the last seven times they've met.
Ramsey lost despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being Olivia Carroll, who scored nine points along with two steals. Carroll is trending in the right direction, as she's improved her point production for three games straight. The team also got some help courtesy of Kelli Cook, who scored four points along with seven rebounds.
Ramsey has been struggling recently as they've lost eight of their last nine games, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-15 record this season. As for Christ Our Rock Lutheran, the victory makes it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 8-16.
Ramsey will be playing in front of their home fans against Bunker Hill at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Hopefully Ramsey focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 14 on Monday. As for Christ Our Rock Lutheran, they will head out on the road to face off against Metro-East Lutheran at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. Christ Our Rock Lutheran is coming into the contest with six straight wins on the road, meaning Metro-East Lutheran will have to defend against a team hungry for a win.
