The Poca The Dots were the 44-43 winner over the Nitro Wildcats when they last played one another back in February, but their luck changed this time around. The matchup between the two teams wasn't particularly close, with Poca falling 66-48.
Nitro's win on Tuesday was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Ty Stephens, who went 8 for 9 from beyond the arc en route to 29 points and 3 assists. The team also got some help courtesy of Ashton Crouch, who dropped a double-double on 14 points and 12 rebounds.
Poca's loss dropped their record down to 0-1. As for Nitro, their win bumped their record up to 1-0.
