Nature Coast Tech had already won four in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 7 runs) and they went ahead and made it five on Tuesday. They were the clear victors by a 10-1 margin over the IMG Academy Teal Ascenders. The Sharks might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won eight contests by seven runs or more this season.

WILL WILKIE looked comfortable as he pitched one inning while giving up no earned runs or hits.

At the plate, JACKSON PATTERSON was a standout: he went 2-for-3 with three runs, one stolen base, and one double. That's the most hits he has posted since March 3rd. The team also got some help courtesy of BECKETT MONROE, who went 3-for-4 with one stolen base, two RBI, and one run.

Nature Coast Tech was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .379. That was just more of the same: they've now posted a batting average of .379 or higher in three consecutive matchups.

Nature Coast Tech's record is now 17-2. As for IMG Academy Teal, they have been struggling recently as they've lost seven of their last eight games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-8 record this season.
