Noah Riggin posted a new career-low in earned runs on Tuesday. He turned in nothing short of a gem, striking out seven batters over three innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit (and not a single walk). He has been consistent recently: he hasn't given up more than two hits in four consecutive appearances.
