The Shadow Ridge Mustangs can now show off eight landslide victories after their most recent contest on Wednesday. They blew past Las Vegas 61-28 on the road. The victory was nothing new for Shadow Ridge as they're now sitting on seven straight.
Shadow Ridge found their leader in underclassman Jaslyn Jefferson, who scored 21 points. Another player making a difference was Zh'mya Martin, who scored 13 points.
Shadow Ridge has been performing well recently as they've won 12 of their last 15 contests, which provided a nice bump to their 16-6 record this season. As for Las Vegas, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-20.
Shadow Ridge does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Las Vegas, they won't have much time to rest: their next matchup is against Sunrise Mountain at 6:30 p.m. on February 8th. Las Vegas is coming into the contest with seven straight losses at home, meaning Sunrise Mountain will have to defend against a squad hungry for a victory.
