Justin-Siena's pitching crew heads into the match hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Thursday. They walked away with a 5-0 victory over Napa.
Jake Fletcher was incredible, going a perfect 3-for-3 with one home run, three runs, and one triple. That's the most runs he has posted since back in February of 2024. The team also got some help courtesy of Xiano Ortega, who went 1-for-2 with one stolen base, one run, and one RBI.
Justin-Siena hit smart and finished the game with only two strikeouts. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Napa struck out eight times.
Meanwhile, Casa Grande fell victim to Petaluma and their airtight pitching crew on Thursday. They took a 5-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Trojans. The Gauchos' loss signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

On the hitting side, Casa Grande saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Danny Mercado, who went 1-for-2 with one double.
Justin-Siena's win was their seventh straight at home, which pushed their record up to 16-4. Those home victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 0.3 runs on average over those games. As for Casa Grande, their defeat dropped their record down to 15-4.
Casa Grande's pitching crew has a crucial task ahead of them: Justin-Siena hasn't had any issues making contact this season, having earned a batting average of .330. It's a different story for Casa Grande, though, as they've only averaged .246. Will they be able to contain Justin-Siena's hitters?
