Southwest Guilford's victory bumped their record up to 5-1. As for High Point Central, their loss dropped their record down to 0-6.

Everything came up roses for Southwest Guilford against High Point Central when the teams last played back in November, as the team secured a 70-11 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for Southwest Guilford since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
