Blake Hart was her usual excellent self, scoring 17 points along with four steals for Lamar. Hart has been hot recently, having posted two or more steals the last three times she's played. Another player making a difference was Sarah Dudley Reed, who dropped a double-double on 12 points and 11 rebounds.
Park Place Christian Academy's loss was their sixth straight at home dating back to last season, which bumped their record down to 1-7. Those losses could be blamed on the team's offensive performance across that stretch, as they only averaged 19.5 points per game. As for Lamar, their victory bumped their record up to 8-10.

Leake Academy has been dominant on offense recently, as they've racked up an incredible 738 points over their last 11 matchups. As for Lamar, they will head out on the road to face off against Wayne Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
