The Cape Cod RVT Crusaders will head out on the road to face off against the Bristol County Agricultural Chieftains at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. Bristol County Agricultural took a loss in their last match and will be looking to turn the tables on Cape Cod RVT, who comes in off a win.
Cape Cod RVT took care of business in their home opener last Wednesday (and then some). They claimed a resounding 54-23 win over Sturgis East at home.
Meanwhile, Bristol County Agricultural's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Wednesday after their sixth straight loss dating back to last season. They took a 35-28 hit to the loss column at the hands of Norfolk County Agricultural.
Cape Cod RVT's win bumped their record up to 1-0. As for Bristol County Agricultural, they bumped their record down to 0-1 with that loss, which was their fourth straight on the road dating back to last season.
Cape Cod RVT strolled past Bristol County Agricultural when the teams last played back in January of 2023 by a score of 36-19. The rematch might be a little tougher for Cape Cod RVT since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
