As a matter of fact, that's the most points Holden has scored all season. Averi Laird was another key contributor, scoring five points along with 12 rebounds and two steals.
Walton's win bumped their record up to 7-10. As for Marianna, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 7-6.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Walton will take on North Bay Haven Academy at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Marianna, they will look to defend their home court on Thursday against Mosley at 4:00 p.m.
