California City's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Cassius 'Hollywood' Brown , who scored 13 points along with seven rebounds. Those 13 points set a new season-high mark for Brown. The team also got some help courtesy of Ty'Ron Jones, who scored seven points along with eight rebounds.
The victory makes it two in a row for California City and bumps their season record up to 2-4. As for Desert, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-2.
