The Fairview Yellowjackets will be playing at home against the East Hickman County Eagles at 5:00  p.m.  on Monday. Having both just faced considerable losses, both teams are looking to turn things around.
 After a string of three wins, Fairview's good fortune finally ran out  on Wednesday. They fell victim to a  tough 12-1 defeat at the hands of Creek Wood. The result shouldn't come as a shock considering that's the fewest  runs Fairview has scored all season.
 Fairview saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was  Anna Marie Brown, who  went 1-for-2 with a  double and  an  RBI. The team also got some help courtesy of  Keyleigh Sisco, who  scored a  run and  stole a base while going 2-for-2.
 Meanwhile, East Hickman County was not able to break out of their rough patch  on Thursday as the team picked up their fourth straight  loss. Their  rough  13-6 defeat to Camden Central  might stick with them for a while.
 Fairview's loss  ended  a  four-game streak of away wins  dating back to last season and  brought them to 4-2. As for East Hickman County, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-8.
 Fairview skirted past East Hickman County  7-5 in their previous meeting  back in April of 2023. Does  Fairview have another victory up their sleeve, or will East Hickman County turn the tables on them?  We'll have the answer soon enough.
