The Southwestern Warriors won the last time they faced the Pulaski County Maroons, and things went their way on Friday too. Southwestern came out on top against Pulaski County by a score of 57-48.
Kinsley Molden continued her habit of posting crazy stat lines, going 6 for 12 from beyond the arc en route to 27 points and 2 assists. As a matter of fact, that's the most points she has scored all season. The team also got some help courtesy of Payton Acey, who scored 12 points.
Southwestern is on a roll lately: they've won ten of their last 13 games, which provided a nice bump to their 16-8 record this season. As for Pulaski County, their defeat ended a four-game streak of away wins and brought them to 18-6.
Coincidentally, both teams will both be playing North Laurel the next time they take the court. Pulaski County will head out to face North Laurel at 6:00 p.m. on Monday, while Southwestern will host them at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
