Franklin Classical School has struggled against Franklin Road Christian recently, as their game on Thursday was their eighth consecutive lost matchup.
Gracie Tidwell was her usual excellent self, dropping a double-double on 15 points and 13 rebounds for Franklin Road Christian. Tidwell has been hot recently, having posted three or more steals the last 13 times she's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Presley Applegate, who scored five points along with five rebounds and three blocks.
Franklin Classical School's loss dropped their record down to 4-7. As for Franklin Road Christian, they are on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last nine matches, which provided a nice bump to their 22-5 record this season.
