Andover/Whitesville Central kicked off their season on the road on Tuesday and hit a couple of potholes. They fell victim to a tough 15-0 loss at the hands of the Fillmore Eagles.
For Fillmore's part, Nolan Krzeminski was incredible, scoring four runs while getting on base in all four of his plate appearances. Damon Potter was another key contributor, scoring a run while going 1-for-3.
The victory got Fillmore back to even at 1-1.
Andover/Whitesville Central will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Fillmore at 5:00 p.m. on April 24th. As for Fillmore, they will head out on the road to challenge Cuba-Rushford at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
