Havelock had a senior duo take command as Jaylen Hewitt threw for 409 yards and four touchdowns and Jonathan Williams gained 212 total yards and four touchdowns. Hewitt's passing production has been exceptional recently as that marked his third straight game with at least 368 passing yards. Havelock also got help from Jalen Morgan, who showed off his sure hands for 131 receiving yards.
Havelock didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off four passes before the game was over. Zyking Patillo led the group effort, picking up two of those interceptions all by himself. Havelock got some further help from Christopher Bispham: he picked up three sacks and made seven total tackles (4.0 for loss).
The victory (which was Havelock's seventh in a row) raised their record to 10-1. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 30.3 points. As for Westover, their loss dropped their record down to 7-4.
Havelock will square off against Western Alamance on Friday. Havelock is looking to tack on another W to their eight-game streak on the road dating back to last season. Westover does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
