On Saturday, things could have been worse for Ladue Horton Watkins, but they could have been a whole lot better as they took a 63-49 loss to Glenwood.
Alexis Neumann was her usual excellent self, dropping a double-double on 22 points and 14 rebounds for Glenwood. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Neumann has scored all season. The team also got some help courtesy of Makenna Yeager, who scored 15 points along with seven rebounds.
Ladue Horton Watkins' loss dropped their record down to 6-3. As for Glenwood, their win bumped their record up to 14-5.
Ladue Horton Watkins will look to defend their home court on Friday against Lindbergh at 6:00 p.m. Lindbergh is hoping to put an end to a three-game streak of away losses. As for Glenwood, they will head out on the road to square off against Edwardsville at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday.
