Grenada has gone 7-2 against Olive Branch recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. Grenada will challenge Olive Branch at 7:00 p.m. Grenada is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 6.3 runs per game this season.

Grenada took a loss when they played away from home on Tuesday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Friday. They walked away with an 8-3 win over South Panola.

Ty Edwards was incredible, going a perfect 3-for-3 with one home run, two runs, and one stolen base. That's the most hits he has posted since back in March of 2024. Another player making a difference was DeAndre Rimmer, who went 2-for-3 with one home run and three RBI.

Grenada was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .393. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as South Panola only posted a batting average of .083.

Meanwhile, Olive Branch fought the good fight in their extra-innings game against Memphis Home Education Association on Monday but wound up with a less-than-desirable result. They fell just short of Memphis Home Education Association by a score of 9-7. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest loss the Conquistadors have suffered since February 14th.

Olive Branch has traveled a rocky road recently, having lost five of their last six contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 10-7 record this season. Grenada's victory bumped their record up to 11-7.

Everything went Grenada's way against Olive Branch when the teams last played back in April of 2024, as Grenada made off with a 14-2 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for Grenada since the squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
