 Brooklynn Braun was a  major factor while hitting and pitching. On the mound, she  kept things locked down with   no  earned runs or hits while striking out ten over five innings pitched. She has been consistent for a while: she hasn't  tossed less than five  strikeouts in 16 consecutive appearances. She was also solid in the batter's box,  going 1-for-2 with one  triple and one  RBI.
