GlenOak is a perfect 10-0 against McKinley since May of 2017 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Friday. The Golden Eagles will look to defend their home field against the Bulldogs at 5:00 p.m.

GlenOak is probably headed into the contest with a chip on their shoulder considering Green just ended the team's three-game winning streak on Wednesday. They fell 8-3 to the Bulldogs.

Meanwhile, after low-scoring totals in their previous three game, McKinley brought some dynamite into their most recent match. They blew past Orrville 16-2 on Thursday. With that win, the Bulldogs brought their scoring average up to 6.3 runs per game.

Morgan Daniels looked comfortable as she didn't allow a single earned run over four innings pitched. She has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't tossed less than five strikeouts in three consecutive appearances.

On the hitting side, Kylee Delgado was a standout: she fired off two home runs, three runs, and one stolen base while getting on base in four of her five plate appearances. That's the most runs she has posted over her last 11 contests. The team also got some help courtesy of Elijahne Smith, who got on base in all four of her plate appearances with four RBI, two runs, and one stolen base.

McKinley always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .538. They are a perfect 4-0 when they post an OBP of .513 or better.

The victory snapped McKinley's losing streak at three games and leaves them with a 7-9 record. As for GlenOak, their loss dropped their record down to 10-6.

GlenOak took their win against McKinley in their previous matchup back in March by a conclusive 15-3 score. Will the Golden Eagles repeat their success, or do the Bulldogs have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
