Aquinas Academy barely beat Serra Catholic the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Crusaders blew past the Eagles 9-1 on Thursday. The match was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 5-0.

The victory got Aquinas Academy back to even at 1-1. As for Serra Catholic, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 0-2.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Aquinas Academy will head out to challenge Sewickley Academy at 4:15 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Serra Catholic, they will face off against South Allegheny at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
