Thrall had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. They blew past the Anderson-Shiro Fighting Owls 10-2 on Friday. Considering the Tigers have won 16 contests by more than five runs this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

The win was the 12th in a row for Thrall, bringing their record up to 37-6-1. Those victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.9 runs on average over those games. As for Anderson-Shiro, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 22-14 record this season.

Thrall will square off against Orange Grove on Saturday. The Bulldogs will aim to continue their three-game streak of scoring more runs each match than the last. Anderson-Shiro does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
