Murdock fell to North 0-20 the last time the two teams met; this time around, they exacted some revenge. Murdock narrowly escaped with a win as the team sidled past North 30-28. The tight race was right in line with the MaxPreps state rankings' forecast. The matchup pushed North down to 0-2 and pulled Murdock up to the reverse at 2-0.
Murdock will stay at home next week against Oxford at 7:00 PM. As for North, they will face off against Sutton/Douglas.
