Snow Hill is 0-10 against Parkside since January of 2019 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Friday. The Snow Hill Eagles will head out on the road to take on the Parkside Rams at 6:00 p.m. Snow Hill is no doubt hoping to put an end to a three-game streak of away losses.
Last Friday, Snow Hill was within striking distance but couldn't close the gap as they fell 58-52 to Decatur.
Meanwhile, Parkside stacked a 13th blowout win onto their ever-increasing hoard on Monday. They breezed by Indian River at home to the tune of 57-17. Winning may never get old, but Parkside sure is getting used to it with their fifth in a row.
It was another big night for Zion Oge, who scored 29 points. She has been hot recently, having posted 15 or more points the last five times she's played. Another player making a difference was Ziyon Smith, who scored ten points.
Snow Hill's loss dropped their record down to 8-5. As for Parkside, their victory bumped their record up to 15-2.
Snow Hill was dealt a bruising 55-14 defeat at the hands of Parkside in their previous matchup on January 5th. Can Snow Hill avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
