A Season-Best  Effort from  Xavier Perez Leads Organ Mountain over Clovis
 Organ Mountain was led to victory by  Xavier Perez, who turned in his biggest game of the season  on Friday. Perez rushed for 167 yards and four touchdowns while picking up 9.3 yards per carry, and also threw for 153 yards and a touchdown.
 On the season,  Perez  has thrown 6 touchdowns while averaging 95.2 passing yards per game. It gets even more impressive:  after eight games last season,  he was only averaging 9.9  passer rating per game. This year he is averaging 58.9  passer rating.

Big Game from Rios As Centennial Won 51-12
 Centennial picked up their seventh consecutive win   on Friday thanks in part to  Rudy Rios. Rios turned in nothing short of a gem, rushing for 138 yards and two touchdowns on only 15 carries, while also catching a touchdown.
 Centennial pushed their record up to 7-0 with the  win, which was their fourth straight  at home. Rios and Centennial will head out on the road to  square off against  Organ Mountain  at 7:00  p.m.  on Friday.

Kason Perez Dazzles in Carlsbad Victory
 Carlsbad found a leader in  Kason Perez as the  team took down Alamogordo on Friday. Nobody could stop  Perez as he threw for 265 yards and three touchdowns.
 The  victory  got Carlsbad back to even at 4-4. Perez and Carlsbad will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Las Cruces at 7:00  p.m.  on October 25th.

Jordan Lucas Turns in Season-Best  Effort
  Jordan Lucas produced his most outstanding game to date while leading Centennial to the win  on Friday. Lucas rushed for 61 yards and a touchdown, and also picked up 54 receiving yards and a touchdown, good enough to  set a new career-high in  rushing yards in the process. He showed off some serious burst, cutting through the defense on one rush that went for 59 yards.
 This year,  Lucas  has caught 3 touchdowns while averaging 62.7 receiving yards per game. He is looking even better than he did last year: after seven games last season,  he was only averaging 34  receiving yards per game.

Davis Posts Huge Game in  51-12  Win
 Centennial picked up their seventh consecutive win   on Friday thanks in part to  Zaiden Davis. Davis was dynamite, rushing for 76 yards and a touchdown, while also throwing for 117 yards and two touchdowns on only 11 passes.
 For the season,  Davis  has thrown 8 touchdowns while averaging 112.7 passing yards per game. It gets even more impressive:  after seven games last season,  he had 11  rushing touchdowns. This year he is already up to 19.
