 Meanwhile, James Monroe fell victim to Culpeper County and their airtight pitching crew  on Wednesday. Their  rough  9-0 loss to the Blue Devils  might stick with them for a while. Having soared to a lofty 12  runs in the game before, James Monroe's shutout was a dramatic turnaround.
