Buckeye won the last time they faced Leesville and things went their way on Friday too. The Panthers blew past the Wampus Cats 13-7. The result was nothing new for the Panthers, who have now won ten contests by six runs or more so far this season.

Buckeye pushed their record up to 17-11 with the win, which was their ninth straight at home. Those home victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 10.0 runs over those games. As for Leesville, they now have a losing record of 10-11.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Buckeye will welcome Glenmora at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Leesville, they will host Tioga at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday.
