After a string of eight wins, MCC's good fortune finally ran out on Saturday. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the North Shore Country Day Raiders.

The final score came out to 25-18, 25-15.

MCC's defeat dropped their record down to 12-2. As for North Shore Country Day, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 9-7.

MCC wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 2-0 win against Uplift on the 30th. As for North Shore Country Day, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-0 victory against Woodlands Academy on the 30th.
