The Flippin Bobcats will be playing in front of their home fans against the Kingston Yellowjackets at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. Expect the scorekeeper to be kept busy: if their previous games are any indication, the pair will really light up the scoreboard.
Last Thursday, Flippin was just a bucket shy of victory and fell 61-60 to Lincoln.
Meanwhile, Kingston put the finishing touches on their 11th blowout victory of the season on Friday. They breezed by Lead Hill at home to the tune of 67-30. The victory was familiar territory for Kingston who now have five in a row.
Flippin's defeat dropped their record down to 17-11. As for Kingston, their win was their tenth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 19-6.
Things could have been worse for Flippin, but things could have been a whole lot better as they took a 79-60 loss to Kingston in their previous meeting back in December of 2023.
