Cache was the 6-3 winner over Purcell when they last played one another on Monday, but their luck changed this time around. The Bulldogs lost 12-1 to the Dragons on Tuesday. The Bulldogs' defeat signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

Cache's loss dropped their record down to 11-13. As for Purcell, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 20-12 record this season.

Cache will head out on the road to square off against Altus at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Purcell, they will look to defend their home field on Thursday against Washington at 5:00 p.m. The two teams have allowed few runs on average (the Dragons 4.1, the Warriors 2.5) so any runs scored will be well earned.
