Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a  season-high score is even better (just ask Sachse). They took their  game  on Friday with ease, bagging  a  52-7 victory over the South Garland Titans. The score at the end of the third wound up being the final score as the Mustangs just coasted through the last quarter.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Sachse to victory, but perhaps none more so than   Micah Hill, who rushed for 61 yards and a pair of  touchdowns. Those  61  rushing yards gave  Hill a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of  Roderick Rainwater, who gained 121 total yards and a touchdown.
 Special teams also deserves some recognition, posting 12 points in total. The biggest highlight from special teams (and perhaps the team as a whole) came courtesy of  Connor Nash, who ran a punt back for a touchdown. Another bright spot was a kickoff return touchdown from  Marcus Rhoden.
The  win made it two in a row for Sachse and  bumps their season record up to 5-3. The  victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered a grand total of 17  points in those games. As for South Garland, their defeat was  their sixth straight at home dating back to last season, which  dropped their record down to 0-8.
 Coincidentally, Sachse and South Garland will both be playing Naaman Forest the next time they take the field. The Mustangs will  host the Rangers at 7:00  p.m.  on Friday, while the Titans will head out to face them  at 7:00  p.m.  on November 6.
