The Inglemoor Vikings fell victim to the Arlington Eagles''s stalwart defense on Saturday and couldn't make it onto the board. They took a serious blow against the Eagles, falling 35-0. Inglemoor's loss was their fourth straight at home (dating back to last season), which dropped their overall record down to 3-4. Admittedly, the team was facing some tough opposition over that stretch, including 7-3 Mariner (their opponents had an average overall winning percentage of 64.4% over those games). As for Arlington, the victory for they keeps them at an undefeated 8-0.
Inglemoor will head out on the road to face off against Newport - Bellevue at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Arlington, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Monroe at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Monroe is also coming in off of a big victory, so somebody is in for a big reversal of fortune.
