Bryson Brown Delivers Best Performance of Season
Sadly, Bryson Brown posting his best game of the season wasn't enough to lead Milton over West Florida on Friday. Brown picked up 184 receiving yards and two touchdowns, and also rushed for 50 yards and a touchdown. He really caught the secondary sleeping when he pulled down a catch that went for 72 yards.
Milton is on an eight-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-8. Brown and Milton will welcome Niceville at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.

Johnny Lewis Jr's Rushing Yards a New Career-High
Johnny Lewis Jr produced his most outstanding game to date while leading Niceville to the win on Friday. Lewis Jr rushed for 197 yards and two touchdowns while picking up 7.9 yards per carry, good enough to set a new career-high in rushing yards in the process.
Niceville's victory was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 7-1. Lewis Jr and Niceville will take on Milton at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.

Jon Bocchino Makes It Two for Niceville
Keeping Lewis jr company is Jon Bocchino, a fellow Niceville player. He rushed for 29 yards and a touchdown.

Big Game from Stomps As Gulf Breeze Fell 48-20
While Gulf Breeze might've come up empty on Friday, Brock Stomps wasn't going down without a fight. Stomps was unstoppable, throwing for 286 yards and three touchdowns.
Gulf Breeze's defeat dropped their record down to 2-6. Stomps and Gulf Breeze have the luxury of staying home for another week and will welcome Mosley at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.

Mosley Wins Eighth-Straight Thanks to Sammy Freitas
Mosley picked up their eighth consecutive win on Friday thanks in part to Sammy Freitas. Freitas was dynamite, throwing for 170 yards and three touchdowns while completing 92.3% of his passes.
Unfortunately for Arnold, this isn't the first big game they've seen from Freitas. When Freitas last faced the Marlins back in September of 2023, he threw for 139 yards and three touchdowns on perfect 6-for-6 passing, and also punched in a touchdown on the ground.
