Master's Academy is 0-10 against Geneva since April of 2021 but things could change on Tuesday. The Eagles will challenge the Knights at 4:30 p.m. Both squads will be entering this one on the heels of a big victory.
Master's Academy will bounce into Tuesday's match after beating Lyman, who they had gone 1-8 against in their nine prior meetings. The Eagles were the clear victors by a 7-1 margin over the Greyhounds on Thursday. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Eagles.

Reagan Peri made a splash no matter where she played. She didn't allow a single earned run while striking out 13 over seven innings pitched. She has been consistent for a while: she hasn't tossed less than five strikeouts in 11 consecutive appearances. She was also big at the plate, going 2-for-3 with two RBI.
In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Karina Morales, who scored a run and stole a base while going 1-for-3. What's more, she posted two RBI, the most she's had since back in March. Zoe Rodriguez also deserves some recognition as she hit her first double of the season.
Master's Academy kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 11 hits. They are 3-1 when they post 11 or more hits.
Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Geneva, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Saturday. They never let Orangewood Christian get on the board and left with a 15-0 win on Monday. The Knights haven't had any issues with the Rams recently, as the game was their seventh consecutive victory against them.
Like Master's Academy, Geneva also got a great game from a two-way player: Bella Ortiz. On the mound, she pitched three innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. Ortiz was also stellar in the batter's box, going a perfect 2-for-2 with one home run and three RBI.
In other batting news, Emma Bastian was incredible, going a perfect 3-for-3 with one home run, three runs, and two RBI. Another player making a difference was Briana Rodammer, who scored two runs while going 1-for-2.
Geneva's win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 12-3. The home victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 0.7 runs on average over those games. As for Master's Academy, they now have a winning record of 10-9.
Master's Academy's speedy runners might be the difference in Tuesday's game. The Eagles have been swiping bases left and right this season, having averaged 3 stolen bases per game. It's a different story for Geneva, though, as they've been averaging only 0.9 stolen bases. Will they be able to secure the bases, or will Master's Academy continue to outrun the ball?
Master's Academy might still be hurting after the 10-0 defeat they got from Geneva in their previous meeting last Monday. Can the Eagles avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
