There's no place like home for the Elma Eagles, who bounced back after a tough loss on the road last Wednesday. They strolled past Eatonville with points to spare on Friday, taking the game 70-52. That result was just more of the same for these two, as Elma also won the last time the pair played back in January.
It was another big night for Cason Seaberg, who scored 28 points. As a matter of fact, that's the most points he has scored all season. The team also got some help courtesy of AJ Holmes, who scored 13 points along with six rebounds.
Loss or not, Eatonville got some senior leadership from Hunter Klumpar and Cyrus-mark Nueva. Klumpar almost dropped a double-double on 32 points and nine rebounds, while Nueva. scored 12 points along with six steals and five assists.
Elma's victory bumped their record up to 13-7. As for Eatonville, they are on a nine-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 6-13.
Elma does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Eatonville also has no future games currently scheduled.
