The biggest upset of the week belonged to Spring Grove, who took down 105th ranked Spring Grove, 19-17. Mike Duffy threw for 53 yards and two touchdowns in the win.
South Western moved up to 201 from 229 in the state rankings this week, the biggest jump in York-Adams I. The Mustangs were able to make move up by beating the Rockets 19-17.
Andrew Henry put up the best numbers through the air as Dallastown topped Red Lion. He finished with 13 completions for 160 yards and two touchdowns. Henry's favorite target this week was Josh Chronister, who caught five passes for 57 yards.
Marquis Fells was the most productive running back in the league this week. In 24 carries, he ran for 161 yards as Central York fell to the Wildcats. Teammate Sherief Sutton added to the ground attack by rushing for 78 yards.
Milton was the best wideout in the league this week as Red Lion lost to Dallastown. Milton tallied one reception for 74 yards. Dan Althoff helped Red Lion's passing attack out by catching six balls for 59 yards.
The Panthers' Corey Hartz and Darian Hampton have formed a dynamic duo this season, leading York-Adams I in both passing and receiving yards. Hartz has thrown for 1862 yards this season, while Hampton, a 6-foot-2 receiver, has 43 catches for 838 yards. Dillon Thomas from South Western leads the league in rushing with 1351 yards.
Entering into this week's contest against Chambersburg, Hartz is short just 138 passing yards to break 2,000 on the season.
Brad Livingston's team extended the longest winning streak in the league this week by beating William Penn, 44-7. The win marks fourth in a row for the the Panthers.
