Kohelet Yeshiva's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Daniel Benjamini led the charge by scoring 16 points. The game was Benjamini's seventh in a row with at least ten points. Another player making a difference was Izzy Weiner, who scored 13 points.
This is the second loss in a row for Farber Hebrew Day and nudges their season record down to 3-2. As for Kohelet Yeshiva, the win makes it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 9-2.
Farber Hebrew Day will look to defend their home court on Wednesday against Austin Catholic at 7:00 p.m. Kohelet Yeshiva won't have much time to rest: their next matchup is against Maimonides at 8:30 p.m. on January 6th.
