Derek Joyner Delivers Best Effort of Season
Derek Joyner produced his most outstanding game to date while leading Hertford County to the win on Friday. Joyner rushed for 159 yards and three touchdowns on only 11 carries, and also threw for 38 yards and a touchdown. His longest rush was for an impressive 56 yards, which helps to explain his lofty yards per carry total.

Big Game from White As Holmes Fell 40-28
Holmes had to settle for second on Friday, but Naijhir White sure wasn't going down easily. Nobody could stop White as he rushed for 169 yards and two touchdowns while picking up 9.9 yards per carry. He was no stranger to the big play, taking off on a dash that went for 63 yards.
Holmes now has a losing record at 3-4. White and Holmes will welcome First Flight at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
