Juniata Valley can now show off four landslide victories after their most recent game on Friday. They blew past Southern Huntingdon County, posting a 41-0 win at home. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Juniata Valley.
Juniata Valley's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Andrew Clarke led the charge by rushing for 59 yards and two touchdowns on only eight carries. Another player making a difference was Bryce Weirich, who rushed for 55 yards and a touchdown.
Meanwhile, Windber took a serious blow against Northern Bedford County on Friday, falling 35-6. Windber was in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 28-0.
Juniata Valley's victory bumped their record up to 7-2. As for Windber, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 6-3.
