Decatur Central has enjoyed the comforts of home their last three games, but now they'll head out on the road. They will square off against the Fort Wayne Snider Panthers at 7:00  p.m.  on Friday. Both teams come into the  match bolstered by wins in their previous  matches.
 Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only Decatur Central walked away with it. They came out on top against the Panthers by a score of  24-12  on Friday.
  KC Berry had a dynamite game for Decatur Central, rushing for 256 yards and  a touchdown while picking up 12.2 yards per carry. Berry was no stranger to the big play, turning on the jets for a run  that went for 60 yards. The team also got some help courtesy of  N'po Dodo, who rushed for 90 yards and  a touchdown.
 On the other side of the ball, a lot of the credit has to go to Decatur Central's defense and their six sacks. The heavy lifting was done by  Brycen Bonawitt and  Jalyn Shanks who racked up five sacks between them.
 Meanwhile, Fort Wayne Snider put the finishing touches on their ninth blowout victory of the season  on Friday. They breezed by Merrillville at home  to the tune of  28-0. The  win was nothing new for Fort Wayne Snider as they're now sitting on seven straight.
 Fort Wayne Snider's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but  Uriah Buchanan led the charge by rushing for 96 yards and three touchdowns.  Ke?ron Billingsley was another key contributor, throwing for 130 yards  on only ten passes.
 Decatur Central's victory was  their sixth straight at home, which  pushed their record up to 11-2. As for Fort Wayne Snider, their win bumped their record up to 12-1.
