Saunders Trades & Tech suffered their closest defeat yet this season on Saturday. They fell just short of Port Chester by a score of 67-65. Even though they lost, Saunders Trades & Tech's still made a splash on offense and bumped their average scoring up to 50.3 points per game (they're now ranked -1th in scoring overall).
The loss doesn't tell the whole story though, as several players had good games. One of the most active was Alex Vazquez, who scored 25 points along with seven rebounds and three steals. Another player making a difference was Micheal Patterson, who scored 22 points along with nine rebounds and two steals.
Ketcham fell on hard times earlier this season, but after back-to-back victories it seems like their luck might finally be changing. They strolled past Brewster with points to spare on Saturday, taking the game 53-39.
Saunders Trades & Tech's defeat dropped their record down to 5-8. As for Ketcham, their victory bumped their record up to 3-6.
