Meanwhile, Hutto unfortunately witnessed the end of their three-game winning streak on Tuesday. The game between Hutto and Bryan wasn't particularly close, with Hutto falling 64-48. While losing is never fun, Hutto can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Texas basketball rankings (they are ranked 519th, while Bryan is ranked 86th).
Midway is on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last ten matchups, which provided a massive bump to their 15-11 record this season. As for Hutto, their defeat dropped their record down to 11-16.
