Felix Matos Sets Career High in Rushing Yards
Starting off the list is Phillipsburg's Felix Matos, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. On Friday Matos made three total tackles, good enough to also set a new career-high in rushing yards in the process. His longest rush was for an incredible 92 yards.

Jackson Jankowicz produced his most outstanding game to date while leading Hillsborough to the win on Thursday. Jankowicz rushed for 169 yards and three touchdowns, and also picked up 59 receiving yards and a touchdown. The effort marked the most rushing yards he has had since back in October of 2023. He showed off some serious burst, turning on the afterburners on one carry for 52 yards.
Unfortunately for Bridgewater-Raritan, this isn't the first big game they've seen from Jankowicz. Jankowicz rushed for 160 yards and two touchdowns while picking up 8.0 yards per carry the last time he and the Panthers duked it out back in September of 2023.

Genovese Posts Huge Game in 49-14 Win
Another Phillipsburg player making an appearance on this list is Jett Genovese. He rushed for 83 yards on only six carries, and also threw for 111 yards while completing 75% of his passes. He got the majority of those rushing yards when he took off on a run that went for an incredible 77 yards.
