There's no place like home for Shelley, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Saturday. They put the hurt on the Minico Spartans with a sharp 3-0 win on Wednesday. The contest marked the Russets' most dominant victory of the season so far.

The final score came out to 25-9, 25-11, 25-19.

Shelley's win ended a three-game drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 7-2. As for Minico, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-4.

Looking ahead, Shelley will square off against Wood River at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. After both having extra time off, Minico and Kimberly will shake off the cobwebs and hit the court against one another at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
