Flambeau will challenge Webster on the road at 7:00 PM on Friday. It might come down to the wire as the MaxPreps state rankings project a close matchup.
Flambeau came within a touchdown against Cornell/Lake Holcombe last week, but wound up with a 12-22 loss.
Meanwhile, Webster had a bit more than a touchdown to spare in a 34-21 victory over Pepin/Alma.
Webster's win lifted them to 1-1 while Flambeau's defeat dropped them down to 1-1. We'll see if Webster's success rolls on or if Flambeau are able to steal their positive momentum.
