The Kress Kangaroos suffered their biggest defeat since November 18, 2023 on Tuesday. They were beaten by Happy 72-33. Kress has struggled against Happy recently, as their game on Tuesday was their fourth consecutive lost matchup.
Kress' loss came despite strong showings from Calin Teeple and Landon Gilles. Teeple scored 11 points along with six rebounds and two steals, while Gilles scored 16 points. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Teeple has scored all season.
Kress has traveled a rocky road recently, as they've lost three of their last four games, which put a noticeable dent in their 6-13 record this season. As for Happy, the win (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 7-12.
Kress will be playing in front of their home fans against Hart at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Happy, they will head out on the road to face off against Nazareth at 7:45 p.m. on Friday. One thing working in Nazareth's favor is that they have posted big point totals in their last three games.
