Softball Recap: First Coast Christian Continues Home Dominance on Monday

First Coast Christian barely beat Parsons Christian Academy the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The First Coast Christian Knights blew past the Parsons Christian Academy Lions 17-6 on Monday. The win continues a trend for the Knights in their matchups with the Lions: they've now won eight in a row.

First Coast Christian got a massive performance out of Faith Whidden, who scored three runs and stole Five bases. while going 2-for-3. Whidden also put up a double, which was her first of the season. Another player making a difference was Jaisha Upperman, who scored two runs and stole Five bases. while getting on base in three of her four plate appearances.

First Coast Christian always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .743. That was just more of the same: they've now posted an OBP of .667 or higher every time they've taken the field this season.
