After flying high against Lincoln Park Academy last Tuesday, Port St. Lucie came back down to earth. Despite the loss, Port St. Lucie still got an impressive performance from Cooper Graham, who went 6 of 13 on his way to 13 points in addition to eight boards and three steals. Graham continues to improve, besting his previous point total in each of the last three games he's played. Bryan Desgrottes was another key player, going 5 for 9 en route to 14 points.
Jeremy Felix was his usual excellent self, going 9 of 14 on his way to 28 points and five rebounds for Centennial. That makes it three consecutive games in which Felix has scored at least a third of Centennial's points. Another player making a difference was Vic Jackson, who posted ten points and eight boards.
Port St. Lucie's loss dropped their record down to 7-15. As for Centennial, they pushed their record up to 15-7 with the victory, which was their eighth straight at home.
Port St. Lucie will host Treasure Coast at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Centennial, they will venture away from home to face off against Palm Beach Lakes at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
