Hunter-Kinard-Tyler and Wagener-Salley played the closest game in A Region IV this week, with Hunter-Kinard-Tyler eventually emerging with a 28-25 victory.
Blackville-Hilda made the biggest jump in the national rankings this week, rising to 10,285 from 11,052. They were able to move up in the ranks after a 39-13 victory over Fox Creek last week.
Wagener-Salley's offense has been unstoppable this season and the War Eagles feature the season leaders in passing, rushing and receiving yards. Malcolm Stroman has thrown for 1,152 yards and 12 touchdowns this season, while R. J. Tyler has 23 catches for 469 yards.
At the moment, the Fighting Hawks are in sixth, while Williston-Elko is in first.
Ridge Spring-Monetta led the league in scoring this week after putting up 42 points on North.
