Meanwhile, after only three points in their last contest, Brooks made sure to put some points up on the board against Oneonta on Friday. Brooks took down Oneonta 56-42.
Garrett Burrough had an outrageously good game as he rushed for 195 yards and three touchdowns while picking up 7.8 yards per carry, and also threw for 174 yards and three touchdowns on only 16 passes. Omar Joyner was another key contributor, gaining 141 total yards and two touchdowns.

Friday's contest might be decided on the ground as these two are both standouts in the run game. Priceville has been unstoppable on the ground this season, having averaged 275 rushing yards per game. However, it's not like Brooks struggles in that department as they've been averaging 251.4 per game. It's looking like Friday's match might have some serious battles in the trenches. Priceville might still be hurting after the 48-23 defeat they got from Brooks in their previous meeting back in September of 2021. Thankfully for Priceville, Kyler Murks (who rushed for 125 yards and four touchdowns on only 15 carries, and also threw for 221 yards and two touchdowns while completing 72.7% of his passes) won't be suiting up this time. Will that be enough to change the final result? There's only one way to find out.
